With more than two decades of hospital and clinical pharmacy experience, Shadi is recognized for her unwavering commitment to excellence, safety, and compassion in patient care. As the weekend dispensary and parenteral services supervisor at Surrey Memorial Hospital, she oversees critical pharmacy operations in one of British Columbia’s busiest medical centers, leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver precise, evidence-based, and personalized medication management.

A graduate of the University of British Columbia’s Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences and holder of an Advanced Certificate in Health Leadership from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, Shadi combines clinical expertise with visionary leadership. 

Throughout her career at institutions such as Surrey Memorial Hospital, Burnaby General Hospital, and Vancouver General Hospital, she has been a trusted bridge between physicians, nurses, and patients. Her expertise in optimizing medication therapy, clarifying complex treatment plans, and ensuring continuity of care has earned her a reputation for clinical precision and heartfelt connection.

She believes that pharmacy is not just a science, but a vital part of the healing relationship between patient and provider.
