Neda is a sports scientist, exercise physiologist, and registered kinesiologist (R.Kin.) with over 15 years of experience in advanced health, performance, and preventive assessments. She serves as the Head of Athletic and Sports Science at Georgia Healthcare Centre and Georgia Healthcare Centre, focusing on proactive strategies to optimize health, prevent injury, and enhance long-term wellness.

 

She specializes in physiological, postural, fitness, and body composition assessments, including VO₂max testing and genetic-based evaluations, to design individualized preventive and performance programs.

Her approach integrates cutting-edge scientific assessment with evidence-based interventions, providing clients with data-driven insights tailored to their unique physiology and genetic profile.

Neda leads a team dedicated to bridging sports science, precision health, and preventive medicine, ensuring clients, from elite athletes to individuals managing chronic conditions, receive personalized strategies to maintain optimal health, prevent injury, and improve functional performance.
