Farideh D. Manshadi (Ph.D.)

Farideh D. Manshadi, Ph.D., is a registered physiotherapist specializing in women’s health, pelvic health, and preventive wellness. With over two decades of experience, she has dedicated her career to helping women maintain optimal pelvic function, prevent dysfunction, and enhance overall health and quality of life.
Farideh holds a Ph.D. in Physiotherapy from Iran University of Medical Sciences, focusing on pelvic health, along with an MSc and BSc in Physiotherapy from Tarbiat Modares University and Iran University of Medical Sciences, respectively. She has completed advanced training in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation, Pelvic Floor Muscle Training, and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Management.
Her clinical expertise includes pelvic and women’s health, preventive pelvic care, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, orthopedic conditions, and neurological disorders. Since 2007, Farideh has focused extensively on pelvic health physiotherapy, defending her Ph.D. dissertation on pelvic floor dysfunction and ultrasonography in 2010.
Farideh is also an associate professor, mentoring future physiotherapists and contributing to research and education in pelvic and women’s health. She has published numerous articles in scientific journals and presented at international conferences, advancing the field through evidence-based practice.
Her approach combines holistic, hands-on techniques with evidence-informed strategies, focusing on prevention, early intervention, and empowerment for women to maintain pelvic and overall health.
Outside of her professional life, Farideh enjoys hiking, meeting new people, traveling, and is working on writing her autobiography.
