Bedside cardiac echo, vascular ultrasound screening, cardiovascular risk assessment using validated tools, medication optimization, side effects, blood pressure management instruction, sleep apnea screening, lifestyle overweight, fatty liver, and insulin resistance management, plan for BMI over 27, and Ozempic and Mounjaro consultation. Dr. Pourmand provides evidence-based, non-pharmacological plans to optimize lipids, glucose, and blood pressure.
