Service Description

GenoBrain genetic testing is a personalized DNA test that provides insights into genetic factors associated with brain health, neurological conditions, mental wellness, behavioural traits and medication response. May also provide information about stress response, anxiety control, emotional resilience, learning ability, social skills and emotional awareness. Key Genes Analyzed: SLC6A2: Associated with attention regulation and genetic susceptibility to ADHD. COMT: Influences dopamine activity, stress resilience, pain threshold, and emotional response. DRD2: Associated with dopamine signalling and feedback-based learning. FKBP5, OPRM1, and GABRA6: Linked to stress response, emotional regulation, and anxiety-related traits. CACNA1C and MET: Associated with emotional processing, facial emotion recognition, and selected neuropsychiatric traits. SNCA, MAPT, LRRK2, and NUCKS1: Evaluated in relation to genetic susceptibility to Parkinson’s disease. Your personalized GenoBrain report includes a clear summary of your genetic findings, estimated risk levels for selected conditions, explanations of relevant genes and general wellness recommendations. It also includes pharmacogenomic insights that may indicate how your body could metabolize or respond to certain antidepressants, neurological medications, mood stabilizers and other mental-health medications. GenoBrain does not diagnose a medical condition or determine which medication you should take. Results should be reviewed alongside your symptoms, medical history and family history with a qualified healthcare professional.l.
