30-minute visit to follow up the intimal visit , discuss about medication result and lab test or other investigation results and long-term plan. Details: Follow up visit focus on what was planed in initial visit and will guide patients to achieve their longer goals and fix next visit or check-up time. Follow up could be virtual ,phone or video call or in person.
